Every cycle, you'll receive 6 headlines. You can replace any specific headline to see new options, but whenever you submit the paper, the world changes for the next cycle! To choose headlines, click+drag the post-it noted headlines onto the caper on the computer screen. Click+drag to scroll down with the computer screen's scroller to see the rest of the paper, and click "Submit Paper" at the bottom to advance to the next cycle. 

You can publish anywhere between 0-6 headlines during each cycle, because you're the big fancy newspaper editor. We hope you have fun with the game :)
